Terms & conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to sales of goods between the Retkiarki online store and consumer customers in Finland. Mandatory consumer protection legislation always takes precedence over these terms.

2. Seller

Business ID 1936149-8
Email: retkiarki@gmail.com
Phone: 045 699 9615

3. Products and prices

The main characteristics, availability and consumer price of products are stated on the product pages. Shipping costs are added separately where applicable, and the final amount is shown at checkout before the order is confirmed. Obvious pricing, description or system errors may be corrected within the limits permitted by law.

4. Placing an order

The customer selects the products, delivery method and payment method at checkout. Before placing the order, the customer can review the key contents and costs of the order. An order confirmation is sent electronically after the order is placed.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. The payment service provider's own terms may apply depending on the payment method selected.

6. Delivery

The delivery method, estimated delivery time and shipping cost are stated when placing the order. Products may be shipped directly to the customer from our partners' warehouses, in which case products in the same order may arrive in separate shipments.

7. Cancellation and returns

Consumer purchases made online are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal under consumer protection law and its statutory exceptions. More detailed procedures are available on the Shipping & returns page.

8. Liability for defects and warranty

Lucastore is responsible for product defects in accordance with consumer protection law. Any manufacturer's warranty is an additional benefit and does not limit the consumer's statutory rights.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

In the event of a problem, please contact customer service first. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the consumer may contact the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority's Consumer Advisory Services and, if necessary, request a recommendation from the Consumer Disputes Board.

10. Governing law

The agreement is governed by Finnish law. This does not limit any rights granted to the consumer under mandatory legislation.
